Antec Mid-Tower Gaming Case Nine Hundred Two V3

Perfection alas, (What's this?) I've always owned $50 cases and finally upgraded to this and am amazed. I have zero complaints about this case...which is a rarity! I would buy again if needed.
Great Case, (What's this?) I really like the case and it's features. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the USB 3 port on the front is just a USB wire that goes out the back of the PC to the USB 3 port, not to a MB header. I also gave it 4 stars because in an era where there are SO many SATA ports on MBs, the area for drive connection cable passthrough is kinda small. I lost about 4 ports with my Asus P8P67 Deluxe, thankfully I didn't need that many ports. I really like the filters on the case, airflow, and the look.
Antec Nine Hundred Two V3, (What's this?) The case itself looks amazing, plenty of room to fit my HD5870 and 3 HDDs.
Good case, but could be much better, (What's this?) I've looked at many cases while selecting one for my new computer: 2 HAFs, 2 Antecs, a couple of Corsairs, and about 30 other cases on display in a nearby computer chain. In the end, I made the right choice. But it may not be the right choice for you. Here's why.

902 is a great case that fills a narrow niche: a computer with a large video card, few hard drives, and few optical drives. There are only three 5.25" bays and only six 3.5" bays. You have an option of sacrificing three of the six 3.5" bays to install an additional fan. If you have 4 or more hard drives, then you no longer have that option. That fits my needs.

The case isn't very long. Although a 12" video card will fit without a problem, anything over 10" will interfere with a drive in the middle cage. If you have SLI/CrossFire, then you're limited to only three 3.5" drives. That also fits my needs.
Great Case, I used this case for my first build and it's excellent, though it has some minor issues. It's build solid, no give in the structure at all, and the fit and finish is pretty good. Plus it looks fantastic I think, and having the ability to control all 4 fans is another plus.

Cons
- the case cables could stand to be a little longer, I have a gigabyte P67A D3 B3 mother board, and while I would of liked to had run the cables behind the motherboard tray they're just not long enough, so they're neatly tucked in a corner running alongside the HD cage. The USB 3.0 cable is definitely not long enough, you will need an extension cable for it, unless you plan on running it across your motherboard or something.

- No bottom vent for PSU, it's not really a big con since you flip your PSU over fan facing up, but it would be a nice touch.

- Side panels have a speckled paint textured look. it's not noticeable unless it's in the right light or your just really close cuz the specks are pretty small, but it's definitely not a smooth black finish, the inside of the case does not have the speckled look though.

Pros
- excellent air flow, and ability to control fan speeds
- decent cable management design, you can most certainly hide all of you cables behind the left side panel but it will take some work.
Looks great, works well, (What's this?)
Great case, HDD mounting issues, (What's this?) overall, this case is amazing. Mounting hard drives can get a little cramped, which is why one star was taken off.
Antec Mid-Tower Gaming Case Nine Hundred Two V3, (What's this?) I bought this case to build a new computer to edit my digital photos. Although I am not a gamer, I needed more cooling from my case.
This case, with the 200mm top exhaust fan was just the case I needed for my AMD quad core system. This case provides excellent air flow with blue accent lights. It lowered my cpu temps by over 15c with AMD stock cooling. It is a metal case so it is heavier than the aluminum ones. It exceeded my expectations and is a well built case.
Its very Good Case, (What's this?) I am very much satisfied with this Case..it working fine as it is advertised and other folks said..and its worth buing if looking for much safe for your MB and Processor for more cool and more life.
AMAZING Case for first time builder, I was a first time builder when I bought this amazing case, and I'm SO glad I spent the extra money on it instead of going cheap like I'd considered.

This thing is MADE for building. There's plenty of room for components (ie, I have a Radeon 6950 in here - 11" long and I didn't even have to struggle - though longer than that would be an issue), plenty of room to work with (last time I'd really messed with hardware, free space for maneuverability was at a premium - it sucked), and many little features to make your build stress free, like thumb screws and removable HD bays - I'd been told to put HDs in first, cause once I got the motherboard and RAM and aftermarket heatsink in there, it be difficult to squeeze the HDs into the slots - clearly advice from someone using a cheaper case.

Also, there's 3 120mm and 1 200mm fan included, with room for 2 more 120s. I've since added a 4th 120, and temperature is never an issue, even under load. Removable cleanable filters for the intake 120s is also a fantastic bonus.

Also, this thing is built like a freakin tank. This is NOT a plastic case. It is steel, and heavy, and rugged. And it looks freaking amazing. Well worth every cent.

XION 4-in-1 mATX/ITX Slim Desktop Case Combo Kit - 5 in 1 Card Reader, 450W Power Supply, Multimedia K/B, Optical Mouse

Little red case, (What's this?) This is my first mATX build and I wasn't sure how it would go. Everything fit very well. The power supply, KB & mouse all work well. The KB is small for me. My wife is fine with it - small fingers. I'd get another one but not with the small KB.
The loudest case I had so far - very loud fan, (What's this?) Fan is too loud. Has no HD audio wiring harness for the front audio and mic and is not compatible with any modern motherboard. The cords on the mouse and keyboard are too short to use in application except on top of the case itself.

I think the noise comes from the power supplier.

There is no place to install a 3.

Antec ATX Full Tower Gaming Case, Twelve Hundred V3 (Black)

Great Case, (What's this?) This is a really good case its not loud, Gets really good airflow, has enough room for the H100 Water cooling had to do some slight mods to get it to fit where i wanted (the back two fans i put it right on the back of those then added the other two that the H100 came with). I had to drill the fan holes a little so that it would all fit right. Would have been nice if they already had it set up that way. (took like 5 min to drill not a big deal at all) If your looking for a good gaming case this is it look no further. Also the power supply that was made for the case looks awesome with it.
Antec 1200 v3, (What's this?) Bigger than my old 900 and makes it easier to work in. All black so it looks nice. Cable management a plus. Able to run all my cables. Rounded edges are nice so I don't cut my hands. Plenty of room for big CPU coolers and big video cards. Filters for all intakes fans a plus. Great case.
Antec 1200 Full Tower Case Review, (What's this?) The Antec 1200 v3 (Black) Gaming Full Tower
    Purchased and received on 4/23/11

With the Antec 1200 V3, its about 15bucks or so cheaper than its twin brother.

So much room, (What's this?) This case is huge! I have two NVIDIA 560 ti cards in there, and it still had some room to spare. I love the hard drive compartments, and I can rest easy knowing that I can upgrade to SSD since it is compatible. The fans run beautifully, and the blue lights are pretty amazing in the dark. Both the fans and the lights can be turns off, and the fans can be turned down to reduce the noise, which aren't even terrible on high. My only concern is that the case is so big that you might have to buy slightly longer cables to make everything nice and tidy since it's such a stretch from the power supply to the motherboard.
Big and beautiful with tons of features, (What's this?) This case has room for just about anything you would want to put in an ATX case. I added a blue light up Thermaltake heat sink fan and a blue light up Thermaltake power supply and the thing looks as good as anything I have seen from Alienware. It ships with 6 fans (3 in front, 2 in back and one huge one on top.) Each of the front fans has a speed control knob and the one on top and the ones in the back each have their own 3 position speed control switches on the back. The big fan even has an on/off switch for the blue light. The case comes equipped with 2 empty fan-ready mounts (one on the clear section of the side of the case and one on the back of one of the 4 modular drive bays on the front of the case.) Working inside the case couldn't have been more comfortable.

On the down side, having to run the USB 3 cord from the front panel out the back of the case into one of the 2 USB 3.0 ports on my motherboard was kind of disappointing. It looks funny and my MB had a USB 3.0 header. Antec should include a USB 3.0 to internal USB 3.0 header adapter (I don't even know if such exists, really, but it should). Also, the case only ships with 1 adapter to install a hard drive into the 12 (yes 12!) bays in the front of the computer. You can buy them from Antec at about $15US a piece, but there should be at least 2 in the box.

Some other nice features are 2 ports on the back for a water cooler and a tray on the top for loose change and whatnot.
IN MY OPINION THE BEST GAMING CASE HANDS DOWN, (What's this?)
Awesome Gaming Case!, (What's this?) No really, it's awesome. Yes, there are better cases out there, and if you're looking for an uberbad*** case you'll probably have to spend more money. However, the Antec 1200 V3 ranks up in the very top of cooling performance in almost any major case chart, so you do get what you pay for.

Honestly, it actually looks pretty cool, too. The blue case fans will light up a dark room, and you can turn off the big fan's light if it's too much. The case doesn't look like some freakish high-tech movie thing, which I actually like. It's still got more styling than 80% of the cases out there right now.

I've worked with many cases, and although this isn't the easiest case to work with, it's high up there.
Great Gaming Case, (What's this?) Antec Full-Tower Gaming Case Twelve Hundred V3 Case is great. Plenty of room for my video cards, 2 GTX 275s, big CPU heat sink, and good airflow. Delivery was on day promised and no damage to the case. Only draw back is that the front USB 3.0 port has to be connected to the rear motherboard ports. This is probably due to no standard USB 3.0 motherboard header was around when the case was released. I will be buying two more cases in the near future to replace my ANTEC 900 cases.

SilverStone Aluminum/Steel Micro ATX Media Center/HTPC Case ML03B (Black)

I love this Case!, (What's this?) I love this Case! Have bought 2 already and plan on purchasing many more. It is the perfect size for a HTPC(Microatx) and that's what I'm using both for. Looks just like a stereo component. Sturdy and not so tight that it's a pain to setup.
Great, (What's this?) Great case...it is tight with a micro atx mobo. The blue lights on the front are supppper bright, but the case is pretty standard without much visual pizzaz. Works good as a HTPC case with intel x68 mobo, regular psu. USB 3.0 ports work great on MOBO's with 3.0 headers.
Great Case for HTPC, (What's this?) This is my first HTPC, but I've been "building" computers for a decade now. This case is fairly attractive in my AV stack. The build quality seems good. I like the flexibility of the mounting options for optical and disk drives, very accommodating. I haven't added any case fans yet, but probably will after adding another HDD, BD burner, and dedicated video card (just running off the AMD fusion core for now). USB3 support is nice, though I don't have any peripherals to take advantage of it yet. Be sure to check the dimensions of your components first - the PSU is directly behind the 5.25" bay so you may need a shorter drive and/or supply. Also, the height can be an issue for aftermarket coolers (I'm running the little stock guy for now). You can probably get the info from Silverstone's website. Overall, it rocks.
BEST HTPC case for the price..., (What's this?) I purchased this to build a HTPC/Webcam server, and it has been an excellent purchase. Made with a strong crossbar inside, so it will support a heavy item on top (I have a monitor sitting on mine), it's built to last. Room inside for 4 80mm case fans (on the right side.) Good ventilation. Do be careful what optical drive and power supply you choose, the room between the two is tight. You will want both items to be on the small size depth wise.
Excellent HTPC Case!, (What's this?) I purchased this case for a new build to go into an entertainment center and this fits in with my PS3 and stereo nicely. This is a great size and nice low profile for tight spaces on shelves. I love it! It has dust filters on top above motherboard and bottom under Power Supply (Top one optional-attached with magnets).
Poor design and front of case looks cheap, (What's this?) I have built several HTPC's, and this case is just too small. I have used other (larger) silverstone and Antec cases in the past, and they were good. Was looking to build an inexpensive HTPC for a spare bedroom, and went with this case.

If you use a standard size ATX PSU, there is very little chance you will be able to install a optical drive. To give you an idea, my PSU had (maybe) 3/4 of an inch clearance between the PSU and the sata connections on the back of the DVD drive.
Love the case with a few caveats., (What's this?) The case is sleek and looks more like a piece of audio gear which is what I was looking for. This sleekness is both an advantage and disadvantage. You have to do a lot of pre-planning to get everything to fit. There is no room for error. This would have been easier, admittedly, if I would have used SATA drives versus EIDE but with the prices on those going out of sight I had to reuse my old drives. Once you get everything in the case doesn't seem to be that cramped and you have lots of air flow.
Nice Case!!, (What's this?) Great case, I've had this one for 6 months as an HTPC. I have a wireless keyboard & mouse hooked up and I'm in media heaven. I've barely watched any normal TV. The case runs nice and cool and I have two 3.5 hard drives inside. The 2nd HD location is a little funny, but it works. The connection wires inside are a little too long, but some twist ties help.
Great for what I needed, (What's this?) I bought this case as part of my HTPC build, and I am happy to say it worked perfectly.
Perfect price point - perfect fit!, (What's this?) I've been on the lookout for a good looking HTPC case under $150 for a while. Finding the SilverStone ML03 for only $70 was a steal! Most any microATX or mITX board should fit fine. I dropped in a mITX Intel board with E8400 and popped my media bay in for the remote. Perfect fit on everything. All I had for a PSU laying around was a standard high end 500W which is absolute overkill but I managed to fit all the cabling in there. As I just run XBMC (now the new OpenELEC) I installed to a flash card left hanging inside.

  • Support standard PS2(ATX) power supplies
  • Support low profile expansion cards
  • Support up to four 80mm fans
  • Drive cages with multi-purpose mounts eliminate need for adapters
  • Includes two USB 3.0 ports

  • Support standard PS2(ATX) power supplies.Support low profile expansion cards.Support up to four 80mm fans.Drive cages with multi-purpose mounts eliminate need for adapters.Includes two USB 3.0 ports. The slimmer Milo ML03 has a profile of 105mm height and 340mm depth, making it extremely easy to integrate into any living room furniture. Incredibly, this case can accommodate up to three 3.5-Inch hard drives or five 2.5-Inch HDD/SSD through its smartly designed drive cages that can mount either size without any use of adapters. For cooling, the ML03 can be fitted with up to four 80mm fans so users can choose to build a quiet system with low power components or a powerful HTPC with 140W CPU if needed. There are also numerous small touches including pre-cut hole for VGA (D-SUB) connector, Kensington lock support, and an additional full size expansion slot for installing extra motherboard I/O, fan controller, or accessories products such as CLEARCMOS. For those looking to build an HTPC with good expansion and cooling capability but has limited room and budget, the SilverStone Milo ML03 is the one to get.

Thermaltake V3 Black Edition SECC / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case VL80001W2Z (Black )

For the price, this is great!, (What's this?) There are quite a few newer versions of this case and this is one of the earlier ones but I couldn't be more satisfied with the space, features, and ease to install all of my computer components! For the price, you cannot beat what is offered in this case.

The only con I could possibly write is that there is "room" for a fan to be installed on the top of the case but the RAM on the motherboard sits right underneath and there isn't enough room to place the fan there properly. I will probably buy a smaller fan to be held by one of the available screw holes on top.
    Not Good, (What's this?) Pro:
Looks nice and has lots of ventilation.
    Con:
This is really a poor Case in our opinion.
The top vents cannot accept fans, no space between motherboard and top of case to allow any fan.
Really quite flimsy. took twice as long as usual to install everything in this case.
Cannot believe Thermaltake even checked this case design.
Power Supply mounted at bottom, cool. (Pun intended), (What's this?) The great thing about this case, that you don't find in ATX's normally, at this price range, is that the power supply is mounted at the bottom. I used Antec 750w model and found I needed to remove a fan screen, and retention bracket prior to fitting. Becuase the power supply mounts with the fan blowing out the bottom it is not adding to the temperature of the case internally. The fixed stand offs have one stand-off that has a fixed metal rod pocking up about 6mm which is very useful to help center the motherboard prior to securing on the rest of the screws.
This didn't get a five star rating as I found the 5.25" blanks very difficult to remove, and the quick snap plastic to secure a DVD and/or hard drive is useless. Just use screws like a normal case would have you do.
You may have to remove the back fan that is screwed on right above the motherboard connector area in order to fit the motherboard faceplate on. At least I had to.
Computer Case, (What's this?) Good computer case for the money. Simple to use, just unpack and ready for your installation,
The case does not come with a power supply.
Case is too small., This case seemed like the perfect budget purchase, but it ended up becoming a major letdown, because it was too small to install a second fan. This case only really has room for one fan, the one that is included. The ventilation also allows way too much dust to enter the case. I put filters on the case to minimize dust intake, but installing an intake fan was near impossible.

Also, the case is very flimsy and will dent easily. I took the side panel off to replace the power supply, and the panel slid into a piece of my wooden desk, The edge of the panel was dented in, but I bent it back into shape using a hammer.

Oh, and the front power/reset buttons are very nice, but I wish they had a cover slip, because they are way too easy to press by accident. My cat rubbed up against it once, and it just shut off. If you plan to buy this case, your computer should be elevated far from the ground or be enclosed somehow.
    Beautifully Crafted Case, (What's this?)
You get what you pay for!, I generally build very high end and powerful computers and use high end and more expensive cases. I recently purchased this case for a lower cost build and I wish I had not. The specs look reasonable with 9 drive bays, good ventilation, tool free design and a front I/O panel. The inside is painted black and the photos look good. I don't want to go over the specs in detail, I want to go over what you can't see in the photos.

This case is low cost and low quality. It is so light you can pick it up with one finger and the metal is so thin I was afraid to bend or crush the case just putting it together. I only received two motherboard standoffs and I needed nine so I had to rob my spare parts. Disassembling the case to install the DVD drives is scary because I thought for sure I would break the plastic parts or bend the case.

Cable routing is impossible in the case. Both sides of the case come off but the back side space is such a thin area and there are no access holes to route cables through the case to the back side. There are several large holes under the mother board mounting area but they are inaccessible for use as the motherboard completely covers them.

The manufacturer touts the case is a tool less design but that feature only comes on one DVD drive tray and one HDD tray. They brag about the case having the slots for 9 drives but provide you with tool less mounts for 2?

The case looks good, but it is so cheap and missing hardware that should be included that I would not recommend it and I will not use another. I could not even install 3 motherboard spacers for a Gigabyte mother board as the case did not even have the holes drilled in the case where the spacers go. I have built many computers and servers and this was the worst case I have ever used. I do my research and generally write good reviews but in this case, (Play on words.) I cannot give a positive review.
Good case, cheap company, (What's this?) It's a great case that fits everything perfectly, with a cool little window and vents, placements for fans.
defective reset switch, (What's this?) Very roomy inside. I installed a Gigabyte GA-890 mother board in this for a neighbor. I have emailed the factory about the defective switch and am waiting a reply. If I do not get a reply by Tomorrow I will get Amazon involved. I like the Thermaltake line of cases. For my own use I have the V5 case and it is sweet for the price. A little tight fit for the GA-990FXA-UD7 board but it does fit. one more inch inside by the SATA connectors are would of been nice though. For some reason the V3 has the extra space and it is a cheaper case. 08/03/2011. It took Thermaltake a few days to respond, but once they found out that I bought it through Amazon, they were all over it and shipped the replacement switch ASAP. This shows that Amazons' name is worth something.

  • User friendly layout with multiple tool-less access.Unprecedented air duct dedicated for graphics card cooling.Premium all-aluminum chassis for extended ATX, ATX, SSI motherboards.120mm fan only design for ultimate performance & quietness.Advanced structural engineering with superior chassis stiffness. The Temjin TJ09 is the first SilverStone chassis designed with graphics card cooling as one of the priorities. To meet this challenge, a brand new mid-section air duct was created to bypass the hard drive cage, allowing the strategically placed 120mm to draw cool air from outside of the chassis and blow it directly onto the expansion slot area. CPU and hard drives are also cooled exclusively by 120mm fans to maximize airflow while reducing noise. Covered in styling reminiscent of beautiful chassis of years past, the TJ09's advanced structure is second in stiffness only to the unibody designed TJ07. If you have been waiting for a chassis with plenty of technical and aesthetic excellence worthy of an upgrade, then the TJ09 is the one.

NZXT Beta Evo Classic Series ATX Mid Tower steel chassis CS-NT-BETA-EVO (Black )

Great case for the price, (What's this?) This is one of the better cases I have used in a build in 10 or so years. This is the case for you if you are on a limited budget and require good airflow. To put is simple. ITS BASIC and decent quality.

    Good case.
Solid case, (What's this?) Excellent case, it is very solid and have plenty of room to put all the components. But the best is the option of placing 6 fans, so far only 3 and I have installed a very good temperature mantinene.

    I recommend it.
Case, (What's this?) This case is very nice, sleek and it is very convenient having the usb slots on the top. Overall, great looking case.
Best Case I ever used for a new build, (What's this?) This case has lots of room and the layout is great for lots of hard drives and other equipment. Being able to install the heat sink through the bottom of the case is a big factor. It installed in no time at all. A lot of people don't like the bottom PS system but I think it is great. I did install another 120mm fan in the top just to keep everything running cool and I had plenty of room to add this fan. There is nothing I can say bad about this case. Easy to work with and looks good.
great value for your hard earned dollar, (What's this?) let me start by saying that i am a hardcore hobbyist and part time gamer. i love the thrill of build as much as using a machine and have worked with probably 200 plus cases over the years.
i look for good build quality and useful or unique features. while i like alienware, thermaltake, antec, etc,i can't afford their price for every build i do (i own 80 cases). i needed a good but low cost case for an amd 790x motherboard and ati 4870 graphics card. at just $45 plus free shipping,i could not find a better case. i feel that you must always hit a balance between features and price. you expect much from a pricey case but can forgive more from a lower priced case. but at this price point there is not much to forgive. this case has enough expansion for most any average build and will max out the storage connections of all but the high end motherboards. it has much potential in the airflow department with a single 120mm front fan and a huge amount of vents and mesh for a simple low output internet unit,to adding up to 5-120mm fans or 3-120mm and 2-140mm fans for a mid sized gaming rig.
    Additional case offering, (What's this?)
Almost perfect..., (What's this?) Short but sweet review: everything about this case is perfect, except:

    1.
Extremely (pleasantly) surprised, (What's this?) Super super surprised at how excellent this case is for a "basic" $40 case. I purchased this for a quick (cheap) system build and was expecting the typical cheapo case -- does the job, but doesn't help you in any way. I was wrong.

This case is super quick to assemble and gives you all the little helpful bits that make a case great:

    * Thumb screws for the main panel (quick release)
    * Plastic snap on rails with a twist lock for the DVD drive (10 seconds to install, no screwdriver needed)
    * Plastic rails for the 3.5" HDD (attach with a single screw each) that then snap into place
    * Tons of ventilation and room for 5 (!) case fans, if needed
    * Guide to show you where to install pins for various MB sizes (ATX, mATX, etc.)
    * Exactly the right number of screws to install power supply and other components
    * Bottom-mounted power supply for proper airflow

In short, this is a superbly designed case for the money.
Great, especially for the price., (What's this?) It is a well designed case. I'll be honest that I'm not terribly familiar with many different designs in modern cases, but this has logical locations for everything I see. I'm a big fan and it definitely has no problems adequately cooling my gently overclocked 2600K and Radeon HD6850. It is big enough to handle everything I need without being too ostentatious, which is not really my style.
Outstanding case for price, (What's this?) Let me be clear: on value, this case is 5/5, and I'm very satisfied. I didn't find a case with better combination of features and I looked at cases up to ~$200. I bought two of these earlier this year.

My goals: Mid-size case, with a good balance of airflow options and cooling that could be configured to be relatively quiet.

    What's to love:
    - Cosmetics - nice looking case inside and out.
    - Excellent cooling options including large fan size options for quieter cooling.
    - Great cable management options allow clean cable routing and smooth airflow.
    - Bottom mounted PSU allows unheated air to flow to power supply.
    - Top mounted front-panel connectors are easily accessible when case is on floor.
    - PRICE!

Only one fan and no power supply could be viewed as a downside, but this kept costs low.

    Antec LanBoy Air Modular Case

Excellent Modularity, (What's this?) This is a great case, there are a few things I would change, e.g. the orientation of the carrying handles, but as far as building a computer, this is great. I've never had such an easy time putting a computer together, the motherboard mount is on rails and slides right out the back of the case, as does the power supply mount. the power supply can be mounted at the bottom or the top simply by rearranging the rails.

On low the fans are quiet though it really makes a racket when they're all on high. I'm going to mount two more to help keep my CPU cool but my Phenom II 1090T is idling at 37C with all the fans on low and the stock heatsink.

This case is BIG, make sure you have a power supply with long enough cables or you're going to need extensions, I use a cooler master 800W silent pro gold. Cable management is a bit of an issue but I've got mine tied to the yellow beams reinforcing he case, it's not pretty but it works. And those pictures don't do the LED's justice.
Outstanding, (What's this?) This is probably the 20th or so case model I've worked with and it is by far the most flexible, feature complete and safe case I've used. Nearly no sharp edges, completely modular, space of SSDs, suspended hard disk mounts and enough room for huge graphics cards. Excellent product from a quality company.
Awesome, (What's this?) This case is just an awesome thing to look at.
if you like a modular case...., (What's this?) ...Then this is your case. I read a few reviews and also checked out the video reviews on youtube and such. Looked like an interesting design. I used to do a lot of lan parties and wish i had this case back in the day.

Large case with lots of airflow. Only downfall to this case, you can see EVERYTHING inside. If your a wire nazi, you may not really like the openness of this case.

I found the case easy to work with and really like the Black and Yellow color scheme.
Great Case!!, (What's this?) One of the best case i ever seen, it came whit all the stuff, the only problem it came broke in the front bottom corner, just whit a lil glue like new.. easy to use, very intuitive, can customize.. very recomment.
Great case, but extras out of stock at Antec, I'll ditto all the positive comments already posted. I really like the case. Lots of air circulation which some people would consider a negative if they're into the science of air flow in closed cases with fans. In my case, it's open and the fans keep the air moving over everything. I chose the Corsair H80 cooling, replacing the stock fan on the back with the fans and radiator from Corsair. Top mounts are great for an exhaust fan, but there's no grommet hole for the wires. I had to cut them and splice back once inside.

My negative? I want to mount more 5.25" devices on the front. There's room, but you need additional rails which have been out of stock from Antec (the only source) for months now. I might have to break down and have some made for me.
Best case everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.............., (What's this?) As far as customization this is it. It is fully changeable and you could possibly load 15 fans into this system if you use the mounts provided.
    My Build:
    AMD Phenom II 1100T 3.
The LanBoy Air totally rocks, (What's this?) After being a PC user for more than 10 years I finally decided to take the plunge and build my first rig from scratch. The case is the last item I ordered from Amazon.com as planned. I already tested the system to be up and running before I put the components into the case. I also downloaded the installation manual from Antec's Web site before the case was delivered to familiarize myself with the procedures. I realized that there are almost endless possibilities with this case. To keep things easier for myself as a novice, I shot for the more 'conventional' set up. It took me a couple of hours to finish in the end. Some of that time was spent figuring out some nuts and bolts but generally the set up was straight forward. With all the excitement I managed to lose one of the pre-installed thumbscrews for a side panel. I meant to order a spare one from Antec via email and they sent me two for free. Hats off to the guys at Antec. I've been using the case ever since. Though I'm not a heavy gamer I pretty much have the PC on all the time when I'm home. It's working without a glitch and I don't reckon there's a problem with dust.
Great Product, (What's this?) The case is Awesome, the Customer service is Awesome, the packaging is awesome. I am Really happy about the decision I made by purchasing this case. I recomend this seller any time!!!.

The air flow in this case is superb, you can set up the case in the way you need or want for all of the peripherals you need or want to install.
Great case but don't buy from Amazon, (What's this?) Let me start out by saying this case is awesome. Period. Read the other reviews for why. The two stars are for....

Amazon. I bought not one but two of these great cases, and BOTH were missing the toolbox of screws. Oh, you know, no big deal, you're only missing 80+ something odd screws so when you go to excitedly install your stuff into this bada$$ case, you get that wonderful feeling of being ripped off. Then you stare at it fondly, raising a silent fist to the deity that off'd you.

Or not. Amazon, read this and fix this crap. Stop selling products with missing parts marked as "new".

SilverStone Full Tower Reinforced Plastic Outer Case RV01B-W (Black)

A massive, protective shell, (What's this?) Long story short, the case is super protected at the cost of being huge, so if you have the room it's a good buy. I did notice a poor quality headphone jack on the top of the case when using studio headphones, which is sorely disappointing given it's cost.
The stealth box!... SSHHH can you hear it?, (What's this?) The look of this case is amazing! The thing looks like it is ready to fly in undetected and drop a nuke on some poor unsuspecting sap. You have to rely on the front LED's to know that your PC has powered up. Plenty of space for your hardware. The best is the airflow design and that is the main reason I bought this case. All of your high heat hardware rest on a 90 degree position at the top of the case underneath an exhaust fan to carry out the heat where it belongs OUTSIDE of your case. I recommend this case to those wanting to build a gaming rig that will provide for cooling and space.
What a beauty., (What's this?) There is enough room inside this case for anything one thing to note though is that the PSU sits at the bottom of the case and for some the 24 pin connector might not be long enough especially if you have a large 3rd party cooler. No cons here just personal preferences I love my Raven and I won't be changing any time soon.
Excellent case, This case is absolutely fantastic. The design is excellent if you want something with an exterior that is neither made to appease 12 year olds nor designed in MS paint (I'm looking at you, Lian Li) but you still want a professional look, there is no better.

The front drive-bay cover is a great design on paper but in practicality it will almost certainly break on you at some point, which is unfortunate because the only reason you wouldn't get the RV02 is because of the lack of a front cover and the color, although I think white cases are much more appealing than standard black/grey ones.
Large, Well Built, and quiet., (What's this?) I have done a lot of research on cases for my new computer build. I wanted something that looked good without being flashy, functioned well, and could hold every part I bought. I was not disappointed, but I was surprised.

I decided on this case and I knew it was suppose to be big, but I just wasn't prepared for how big. This is actually a good thing though. All the parts I bought for my new build were large. The heatsync, the GPU (graphics card)and PSU ( power supply ) were all large, but fit in the case without issue and were easy to install due to it's design and size. The PSU is separated from the motherboard area, giving it ample room and good cable management. The motherboard area is large and even with my full size ATX board there is almost room for another smaller motherboard.

The Hard Drive and Optical drive bays are positioned out of the way of the motherboard and offer tool less installation which is very simple. It took me about 2 hours to build this machine and most of that time was spent seating the heat sync on the cpu.

I did not replace any of the 3 fans that came with the case. You know they are running, but only if you pay attention. The CPU (i7 2600k)has been running at a steady 40c even under heavy load.

Once built the look of the case really shines and you can tell how much thought went into it. The front optical bay has a spring loaded door covering them until needed. The ports are covered by a slide on cover with small vent holes. One side of the case has a small see through window. Both sides have filtered intakes on the bottom of the case. The exhaust fan is actually on top so the back of the case is just a nice black panel.

The only thing I can see being a problem is if you have limited space. If you are short on room you will want to avoid this. But if you have the room this is a very well designed case that looks good and function great.
Amazing, (What's this?) This case is a monster! It went beyond my expectations. I like that the motherboard is turned 90 degrees so that all my cables come out of the top of the case as well, not to mention the case takes cold air from the bottom and pushes it up through the case and out the top. I have no need to worry about anything overheating. Not much else to say about the case that isn't already in the product description.
Good case for any large interior components, Pros: - The case is good for large video cards and large cpu cooler and possibly other oversized component. There are still more room
inside the case even with a 4870 x2 video card installed.
    - Innovative 90 degree mounting that helps cool the interior and make the case look unique.
    - Cool looking blue LED in the front.
    - 6 hard drives could be installed.

Cons: - Wire management is not perfect, but if you purcahse extended length cables, the problem could be fix. If you have the
standard SATA cable to connect to the optical drives or the hard drives near the front of the case, it will not reach them.
Make sure you buy some 36 in. cables for good wire management.
Awesome case, (What's this?) I'm very impressed with this case. It is very well designed. It has space for every component I have. It runs very quiet and cool.

The only thing I don't like is the noise the drive door makes when it slides up but it is a personal preference.
    Aerodynamic looks, (
I love this case, (What's this?) I love this case. This is the first system I have ever built and it went together beautifully.

XION Classic Series LED ATX Steel Mid Tower PC Case XON-EC001-BK - Retail (Black/Red)

This is a well built computer case for the price!, (What's this?)
Unsuspecting Challenger to High-end case manufacturers.., (What's this?) First of all I was nervous about buying this case because I thought no one bought it before so i did not know what to expect. But I held my hopes for a good buy and everything turned out well.

The case reminds me of a street car.. you know the ones with the hood scoops and air vents? Those. There is no open view to the insides[which i like] but when you pop the side open its all black interior contrasts well with the blue and green on my Asus z68v-Pro. There is plenty of space inside this case. The ATX motherboards fit perfectly and align tightly with the riser mounts. There are holes everywhere for that cable detailing if you want to keep everything neat and sexy inside. Speaking of neat, The MB Card slot guards can be unscrewed and removed/replaced easily[as seen in the pictures]. The wires and cables that are built with the case are good quality and long. 5 90 degree turned 3.5 Hard Drive slots made more space and easier access, also better cable management. The 4, 5.2 Front bays are tough to take out but that is a good thing because the case is sturdy and well built. It even has small rubber guards on the corners of the potentially sharp corners[attention to detail]. I am not sure how to rate fans because they are fans and they all suck air into the case based on system, so fan quality/speed i'd say is good enough. It has 2 120mm fans if I'm right, and has holes built for another 120 or a 140 on the top and they are 3pin connectors and have that Molex male and female attached for optional power.

  • ATX/M-ATX case.with noise absorption materials.Real silent 14cm and 12cm fan pre-installed.5.25 bays: 9 exposed.Room for 4 additional fans (14/12/9/8cm). The Nexus Prominent 9 case is your best choice premium chassis for a silent computer. With its toolless installation features it is a breeze to install your components or change your set-up. And the sleek professional look and materials make the case fit in anywhere. A black mesh front and aluminium edges give the Prominent 9 a distinguished look and great expansion possibilities. We fitted our excellent silent case fans. A 14cm is fitted on the ceiling and a 12cm is fitted as air intake in the front. Some isolating padding where the PSU is placed prevents resonance. And there are ventilation holes (and room for a fan) in the bottom of the case for air-intake and the thick rubber feet keep these elevated from the floor to make a smooth airflow possible and eliminate resonance. Check out all the great features....Noise absorptionThe Nexus Prominent cases are fitted with some noise absorption material we really love. It is a premium dense foam/rubber-like material with great characteristics. We fitted a flat layer on the panel behind the motherboard and a nice wave foam layer on the other panel. These materials surely hush your system.
